Before becoming an accredited Executive Coach, my career focused on developing and executing global strategic sourcing strategies for blue chip companies in the IT, Healthcare and Telco industries.  I managed spends of over $100M, while delivered consistent savings of up to 10% year on year. 

I’ve spent 20 years’ working in challenging environments, in both the regulated and non-regulated environments, and I know what it is like to work in high pressure roles, with change being the only constant.

As an Executive Coach and Leadership Coach, I am fortunate to work with senior executives and business leaders in blue chip companies, major financial institutions, SME’s and Third Level Educational bodies.
