I am passionate about supporting professionals and organizations to be the best version of themselves.

.  Before becoming an accredited Executive Coach, my career focused on developing and executing global strategic sourcing strategies for blue chip companies in the IT, Healthcare and Telco industries, managing spend of over $100M. 

I’ve spent 20 years’ working in international roles across industries, in both the regulated and non-regulated environments, and I know what it is like to work in high pressure roles, with change being the only constant.

As an Executive Coach and Leadership Coach, I am fortunate to work with senior executives and business leaders in blue chip companies, major financial institutions, SME’s and Third Level Educational bodies. 

I help businesses to develop high performing teams, that deliver higher productivity and results.   When they work with me, they discover powerful principles that boost collaboration, engagement, motivation and career fulfilment in every team member. 

I help individuals develop the skills to successfully transition into senior leadership roles, while developing the influence and authority to take control of their career path to achieve more fulfilment and reward, doing what they do best. When they work with me, they develop their skills awareness, leadership and communication skills, and the ability to set clarity and direction in their career.
